Access is on ground level via a gravel path way, cars can be parked immediately outside the cottage for loading and unloading.
For the duration of your stay the cars must be parked in the car park which is approximately 200yds away.
There are two small steps into the cottage one of which is the door threshold.
Maximum door width when open, both front door and internally, is 75cm
The interior is all on ground level with 5 separate rooms; a living/kitchen with wooden flooring, two bedrooms with wooden flooring and rugs, a bathroom with slate floor, and a conservatory which has two steps down onto a slate floor with rugs.
The bathroom has a step into bath with a fixed over head shower and a hinged shower screen. There is no separate shower. There is a heated towel rail fixed to the wall.
There is a step up and over from the conservatory leading out to the garden area, this is a gravel pathway and there are three steps up onto the lawn.
