Outside porch leads into ground floor entrance hall with lots of space for coats and wellies. Spacious king size bedroom, great bathroom with 6ft bath and shower overhead. Kitchen/dining/sitting room. Around the side of The Byre is a large garden with seating area and possibly the odd sheep! Sleeps two adults (travel cot can be provided).

Access is at ground level via a concrete yard, cars can be parked immediately outside the cottage.
There are two steps up into the cottage; one is over the door threshold.
The door width when open and for all internal doors is 71cm
The interior is all on ground level with four separate rooms, a living/dining/kitchen room with wooden floor and rugs, a small hall with wooden floor and rugs.
There is a small step into the bedroom, with wooden floor and rugs. There is a slate floor and rugs in the bathroom.
The bathroom has a step in bath with a fixed overhead shower and a hinged shower screen. The bath has hand rails. There is no separate shower. There is also a fixed heated towel rail.
Outside there is a garden on ground level, with a step up onto a wooden deck area with garden chairs. The garden has 10 steps and a gate which leads up to the fields. Also there is a gate between guests’ and owners’ gardens.
Large private garden with table and chairs. There are also steps leading up to the fields for anyone wishing to walk and explore the beautiful countryside.
